Patients can expect thorough and honest evaluation, compassionate care, and a strong focus on immediate pain relief and stabilization. With thousands of highly rated patient reviews, ASAP Dental Care is known for providing same-day treatment—even without an appointment—when patients are in pain.

We offer a full range of urgent and emergency dental services including:

  • -Surgical and simple extractions
  • -Root Canals
  • -Dental abscess and infections treatment
  • -Repair or replacement of broken crowns, bridges, and dentures

Our team, sedation options, and on-site lab allow many emergencies to be treated in one visit.

Emergency cases are prioritized for same-day care. While wait times can vary, our goal is to evaluate and treat emergency patients as quickly as possible and ensure no one leaves in pain whenever treatment can be safely completed.

Common urgent and emergency dental issues include:

  • -Severe or persistent tooth pain
  • -Facial swelling or abscess
  • -Knocked-out, broken, or fractured teeth
  • -Loose or failing dental implants
  • -Cracked or lost crowns and fillings

Urgent and emergency dentistry is reactive and focused on immediate pain management and stabilization, sometimes using IV sedation. Routine dental care focuses on preventive services, maintenance, and long-term oral health planning.

Yes. For patients with dental anxiety, complex medical histories, or surgical needs, IV sedation and oral surgeon involvement may be available to ensure treatment is safe, comfortable, and efficient.

ASAP Dental Care is designed to be available when many offices are closed, offering evening and weekend hours. Holiday hours may vary, so we recommend calling (904) 998-0000 to confirm availability.

While we are not open overnight, ASAP Dental Care offers extended evening hours and full weekend availability, covering the vast majority of urgent and emergency dental needs.

Payment Options

We believe financial constraints shouldn’t stop you from getting the care you need.

  • -We offer an Annual Membership Plan as an alternative to dental insurance
  • -We partner with trusted lenders such as Cherry, CareCredit, and Lending Club to offerflexible payment plans (w.a.c).
  • -We can file with most PPO insurances on your behalf

Flexible payments allow patients to address dental issues immediately rather than delaying treatment due to upfront costs. This prevents minor issues from becoming expensive, complex emergencies later.

Patients can apply forthird-party financing in our office or online. These plans pay for your treatment upfront, and you repay the lender in monthly installments in line with your budget (w.a.c).

Traditional insurance often has waiting periods and annual maximums (caps). Financing plans have no waiting periods and can cover up to 100% of your treatment, such as full mouth implants that insurance may not typically cover.

Immediate access to care is the main benefit. Financing helps you move forward with needed surgeries or aesthetic treatments without delay.

We partner with major lenders such as Cherry, CareCredit, and Lending Club, which offer various terms ranging from short-term interest-free plans to longer-term fixed monthly payments (w.a.c).

Comprehensive Care

Our patients often mention the continuity and thoroughness of care they receive. They value having exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning handled in one place, which helps address current concerns while also monitoring long-term oral health.

Comprehensive care includes exams, digital X-rays, cleanings, periodontal evaluations, oral cancer screenings, and treatment planning for restorative, surgical, and aesthetic needs. The goal is to evaluate the whole mouth and address both immediate and ongoing concerns.

A comprehensive visit typically includes a clinical exam by the dentist, periodontal charting, necessary X-rays, and a review of findings. When appropriate, this visit also includes discussion of treatment options and timing based on your oral health needs.

Adult care often focuses on maintaining tooth and gum health while addressing restorative needs as they arise. For seniors, care may place greater emphasis on gum disease management, tooth replacement options, denture care, and oral cancer screenings due to age-related risks.

Most adults are seen every six months, though patients with gum disease or complex dental needs may require more frequent visits. Visit frequency is based on individual oral health, not a one-size-fits-all schedule.

For patients without traditional dental insurance, our Annual Membership Plan is available as an alternative. The plan provides access to routine care and discounted treatment costs, helping patients manage ongoing dental needs more predictably.

No. Comprehensive care goes beyond maintenance. It includes identifying existing problems, planning restorative or surgical treatment when needed, and monitoring changes over time to support overall oral health.
