Directions
from 9A Southbound (coming from Arlington on the
Northside)
From 9A,
take the Gate Parkway exit and go right off the exit. Stay in
the right hand lane for 0.5 mi. Make a right at the
intersection of Gate Parkway and Burn Mill Road. The ASAP
Dental Care (Dental Arts of Florida) office is in the
two-story office building on the right hand side. The office
is located in suite #103, which is on the left as you walk up
to the main entrance.

I-95 to JTB East (J Turner Butler). Take JTB East to the Gate
Parkway exit. Go west (right) off the exit and stay in the
right-hand lane for 0.6 mi. Make a right at the intersection

from the Beaches via JTB
Follow
JTB West to the 9A Southbound ramp. Once on 9A, sty in the
right lane and take the Gate Parkway exit (about 0.5 mi). Go
